now I am in Thailand

I write to you from a wooden table, sitting on a wooden bench in Bancock.
Flew from Delhi.
Slept in the airport with some friends last night.
This morning we walked into a world very different from Rishekish or India.
In 24 hours I will be in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
And then The Panya Project.

An Eco-Village teaching sustainability and permaculture.

Now, my body is strong and healthy
My mind continues to clear and calm
Everything I learned from Yoga Teacher Training has been blueprinted in these bones and muscle.
Spiritual clarity is to see everything as god.
To stare in the mirror crying tears of love.
I whisper to myself "Thank you" and "I love you"
Then I say it loud.

She, me, us, we are precious.
To feel the wind, breeze, warmth and sun on bare skin is a blessing.
Faith in goodness.
Faith in myself.
Faith in love.
This child of the earth is grateful

Listen to your heart
Feel the rythem as Morse code
Only then you will travel
With a guide as precise as a compass needle
