Chai Tea

strength salad
quarter and saute 3 or 4 organic brussel sprouts in olive oil
rip up a few handfuls of organic baby spinach
pour 1tbs of ground flax seeds
add 1/4c of black beans 
top with honey mustard

happy chocolate ginger cookies
2 cup flour (or gluten free baking mix)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cin
1/2 bag of chocolate chips (add more if u like)
1 cup chopped crystalized ginger (size of raisins)
1 cup white sugar
1/2 c oil
1 tea vanilla
1/4 cup water
preheat oven to 350
mix dry ingrediants then add chips and ginger
in med bowl mix sugar and oil 
once they are well mixed add vanilla and water
add the wet ingrediants into the dry and mix
on a heated cookie sheet bake for 10 mins 
(optional) flip cookies over halfway through baking
They may look undercooked but they harden upon cooling
